Teni Cries Out, Makes ‘Fraud Allegation’ Against Nigerian Bank

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Teniola Apata, popularly known by her stage name as Teni the entertainer has made an allegation against her commercial bank for allegedly deducting unwarranted charges from her account.

Teni who took to her Instagram handle to share the report that she was being robbed by her bank, begged her bank to stop the charges on her account as she alleged that the bank can not defend the monies being withdrawn from her account.

The Nigerian comic entertainer who is known to be vocal in reacting to matters of her personal and national concerns, called on Nigerians to come to her aide she says she could no longer cope with the rate at which the bank deducts her monies from her account.

The 25-year old crooner of ‘Case (her most popular street banger and anthem),’ called on well-meaning Nigerians to come to her aide to help stop her bank from the unaccounted monies being withdrawn from her account.

She says the bank must stop charging her for making transfers, charging her under the pretence of bank maintenance, as well as card maintenance, stressing that she can maintain her card without the help of her bank.

Although Teni refused to reveal the identity of the bank in question, she said in her words; “I’m not happy today at all. I checked one of my accounts and the money that is there is not complete, Last week the money that was there reduced. How did N800 grow wing and fly from my account? She asked
I can Maintain my debit card myself the bank should stop charging me for card maintenance because I can maintain my card myself.”
